IT'S ALL IN MY NAME
It’s all in my Name is an artist’s zine exploring identity, belonging, and the act of listening to specific landscapes and the stories told about them. The work traces a deep personal connection to Mølleskov (literal translation: mill-forest), the very woodland on Zealand from which the artist’s middle name originates.
This particular landscape carries layers of family history: it is the place where the artist's mother grew up, and where her great-grandfather once served as the forest ranger.
Exhibition history: Showcased in London (2025) at hARTslane’s Winter exhibition, It's been a long way, this is a good rock to sit on, under the theme of displacement, identity, and belonging.
